1 Month Old!
Today is Landon's 1 Month Birthday. I can't believe a month has past! I took him to my school to see my co-workers and he got all the attention he wanted.
As he grows and his appetite increases he has started to fit into more of his clothes. I spent this afternoon dressing him in his 0-3 month clothes to see which ones ran small and might fit. I found one... kind of.
Tummy Time
Tummy time with Landon is pretty entertaining. We sat him on the mat with his arms on the pillow. The point is for him to lift his head. Instead he chooses to climb until he is on top of the pillow and then roll off the side.
Here is a picture of the other thing he likes to do for tummy time.... sleep on the pillow! He doesn't like to sleep during the day or take naps but for some reason he finds tummy time a good time to catch some zzzz's!. Its too cute!

Baby Landon's First Week
The first week has been an adventure. He sleeps so nicely most of the time and likes to scream from 10pm-2am. We are always very excited when we see the clock is nearing 2am.
In the first week he has already learned to turn himself on his side and scoot around in a circle. We celebrated his 1 week old birthday by using it as an excuse to get a red velvet cake from our(or maybe just my) favorite bakery. He has been a joy to watch the past week and we look forward to all the times to come

The final Countdown
We are in the final count down until baby Landon arrives! After Thrusdays weekly apointment the doctor set up a tentative induceing date. I have an apointment on the 15th, if it looks like the baby may be ready soon we will induce on the 16th. Part of this probably because my doctor will be out of town from the 17-22nd and the due date is the 19th.
At our apointment on Feb. 19th the baby weight in at 5lb 3oz. It is looking like he will be a small when he arrives. Frank and I were both small when we born, he seems to be on the same path. The suprise of the day was when the foot was measured at 3 in. Landon has a 18 inch body and a 3 inch foot, it is not looking like he will fit into his newborn socks!

Beau and the baby
We have always been silghtly worried about how Beau will react to the baby. I was given beau because he doesn't like babies or kids. We think we will be ok because he is much older and tamer now.
The other day Frank couldn't find him. We later discovered where he must have been hiding! I am glad he likes the bassinet but I am not sure how this is going to work out! Check out the bottom right basket of the bassinet.
